 Written In Tokens Of Love Wishing upon the stars In the still of the night I took hold of my pen Having the need to write Thoughts come to mind In silence I reminisce While thinking of you On starry nights like this A silent night I spent Doing what I often do I pen love and longing In poems written for you As I blended heartprints With the stars above In the notes I convey Written in tokens of love Hope ©2009 |
