Look up smile
not down and frown.

See many things to see
not away and down in the dumps.

Why look so grumpy
isnt life sometimes funny
without it what would you do?

Lighten up
sometimes can be hard to do.

Cheerup you little camper you.

See things through different eyes,
not through cloudy.

Once you were born happy,
not with that sticky sappy look on.

Sure of whats up ahead,
why make it worse?

Change is the best with what helps.

Stop it your making it a living hell,
or do your best and know that lifes a test.

Stress to much may harm.

Health starts with a healthy mind.
