The little red coat Pristine against a morose, morning sky, Her daddy's far away; Innocent a tiny child; She doesn't ask him 'why?' Seasons come and seasons go, Time shows no mercy As days become years. The little red coat sits locked away, Oblivious to a thousand tears |
