I've done many things in life to suit my own selfish means, ignoring all the consequences, creating my own destructive scenes. I never heard God tell me what to do through years and years of passing seasons, so like a child who rebels in anger, I've done things for all the wrong reasons. Maybe if I messed up bad enough He'd yell at me loud so I could hear, I never would have disobeyed if the instructions were more clear. I guess it's time to get some Q-tips, read the Bible and learn to pray for a way to listen and a garbage can in which to throw all my wrong reasons away. |

Dixie, It would be nice if life came with a book of instructions (I guess some would say it does). I like this poem and I say hang on to those Q-Tips! You never know who might be whispering. A |
