"You Are The Reason" Loving you, is the only thing I "have left to do" Giving you my very soul is what I live for Being there just to love you when every movement brings you strife You are the reason there is sunshine For ever in my life , Sharing your life to me means I don't need one of my own To see your eyes smile Is all that really matters Hearing you laugh Is like Christmas every day Seeing you cry it just breaks my heart Into clouds of gray, You are the bubble in the finest Bottle of wine You're here for love As a Swiss clock is for time You grace my life As every bird Does the sky You are the very reason There's a twinkle in my eye, Some say love can't last forever I say, that's our choice to make When you and i make love together I know that they've made a mistake Some people never give it a chance One bad day and they break But it doesn't matter to me For when I'm with you I know my love is safe, Annie |

You rhyme quite well, and manage to write yourself a good poem at the same time. I am jealous. -P Some people fall in love and touch the sky, some people fall in love and find quicksand. |

Thank you Earth Angel for you kind words, I am glad you like my poem i mite add there not all good like most poets i have my cringes Ha!Ha! And Viking_Metal All words are beautiful in any form good and bad, it is how a person perceives them, that makes them into what they are.... Thank you for your feedback it is much appreciated. |
