Hurricane Beth As winter breezes caressed the warmth of her charms Conceiving the static spark of passion in every sway The tides of embrace wrapped time into waiting arms Romancing the sands of history in script of lunar play Eyes of entwine spiral to a tornado touch of first gaze Encased in sheltered heart on storm of lingering kiss Horizon of romance basks in the glow of eternal blaze As the dawn of admiration awakens a high-tide of bliss Adrenaline rush fed by typhoon surges in blink of eye As fingers interlaced in discover of palm to palm play The ears of silence read a braille of constellations sky As hearts surfed lightning bolts across the Milky Way The eye of storm brings calm to a whirlpool of desire Where love swirls in the depths of two souls in chase The powers of life untamed bring us much to admire When passion breeds the thunder of heavenly grace Mark Christopher |

Kacy - I am glad you found it beautiful and I do thank you as well. Kari - I find it easier to place the events of my life into the hands of mother nature . . . it helps keep the "E" word to an acceptable level in my mind. Thanks so much. |

Excellent writing from beginning to end. An array of metaphors that tie together so nicely to make up the emphasis on the body of this work. Wonderful lines so very creative! Eric |

..."The ears of silence read a braille of constellations sky As hearts surfed lightning bolts across the Milky Way"... Hard time picking one line, but this one was so sensual... perfect meter and imagery about the whole. Some people make quite an impact on us, both coming and going. Nicely done! |

To be honest, I wouldn't have clicked on this one if it wasn't yours... I have trouble even with the word hurricane. *S* But... I'm glad I found some bravery for a sensual storm such as this gives delight rather than destruction. *S* Superb write!! |
