My heart feels terrible pain, At losing my best friend, I now there will be no gain, Even though this isn't the end. I'm moving, she said, Far Far Away, This information I have been fed, So why am I still acting happy and gay? Finally the reality, the schock, It's hit me like a ton of bricks, I lose ability to talk, My life is being sucked out of me by heartless tick. I cry, I scream, I pray, I hope, That it would not be real, That'd it be a dream and I'd wake up laughing like a junkie on dope, I wish to lose ability to feel. We will write, call, visit, We will see each other none the less, But it's not the same as our old visits, Remember this: My friend, you are the best! ~~~~~~~~~~~ Not one of my better ones...but it came from the depressed side of Sunflower's heart. *smiles* Oh well...at least it's truthful. I hope none of you have to feel this pain. ------------------ Sita aka Sunflower sunflower_sita@ hotmail.com |

Indeed a sad event, Sunflower. If this is true, then you have my sympathy. Great work. ------------------ *Krista Knutson* I see the world through the loving eyes of my heart, and suffer the pain of unfulfilled visions. -- Daniel L. Miller |

Great work Sunflower it was indeed a touching poem and a very sad one too. It brought out your innermost true feelings and passion. ------------------ |
