The question is not how good it feels,
or how you know it's there.
The fear is not when it will disappear,
or how you know its gone.
Inside is a question that has no answer,
and a fear that has yet to be found.
Forever is what it takes to understand that
love will come and go, and that the end
of never is when the pain will go away.
To understand that it will ease through time
and that strength is what it gives you
in the end has been, and always will be
the greatest challenge of the human heart.
The question is how you will live once
the love is gone, and the fear is that
it will never come again.
