She followed the sun when all was a'gloom
Scared of the night,
For its pale silent moon
Tears are the souls of those fallen from grace
Lit up by the stars
Hov'ring in space
The life that she lead was blackened with doom
For never could she escape the pale silent moon

Well, Raven, I missed a good one. I was going back and responding to poems with no responses, as suggested, and I found a gem. I really like this, especially the line-- Tears are the souls of those fallen from grace. Very good.

I had to look more of your work up after reading the poem you posted in Open Poetry. I have no idea how old you are, but you are a most talented poet. You need to get this stuff out to some publishers!
