Something in me died last night,
I cannot help but to obsess and care,
Last night I lost a part of me ,
It really wasn't fair.
I lost a solemn part of me,
Taking with it joy and glee.
Something in me died last night,
It left me sick and full of fright.
It took the shine out of my light,
It broke my heart and blurred my sight.
I only wish I had got the clue,
Last night I lost a part of me,
That part of me was ...
you.
