You didn't listen to what i had to say
you just thought i must pay
It all happened so fast i'm just glad it didn't last

You told me it wasn't right
Just before we had our huge fight
Now we don't even talk or write
i'd wish you could forgive me for that night

I wish you were here
because now i hear you loud and clear
Now i have a baby boy
who has brought me much joy

I still regret that night
You've taught what was right
