i hate to be crabby i especially hate flabby gabby dear abby but my mouth is getting so flappy yappy and i need a good workout... or do i just need a good pout to get the funk out of myself? time to go outside and run in the sun even if it is raining or snowing or blowing and stop throwing temper tantrums at the mirrors that reflect years of mental self-abuse yes, today is the first day of my chance to begin again with a smile and a song in place of a cry |

LOL, yes Maureen. Sometimes I just have to go for a long walk and talk to some ducks in a nearby pond. QUACK quack quack and yack yack yack, and even when they talk back I don't mind it a bit. It's a good thing the ducks live close by. We have named them Leonard(o), van Gogh, Rembrandt, Picasso, Renoir, Degas, Monet and Loudmouth. They don't seem to object, except for Leonard's companion, the one I call Loudmouth. |

Maureen, so true.  Sandra, how funny! Come along some time, the ducks are really a riot! Nature gets me out of myself every time. |
