Albert.. If you read my last thread you know I am struggling with an eating disorder. You dont know how many times I look in a mirror cringing in disgust and wishing so badly that there was someone or something else staring back at me. It hurts so bad sometimes. Once, it got to the point where I had to take down all the mirrors in my room, and I had to cover up the mirror in my bathroom. I'm sure many people have had these feelings at some point in their lives. Everyone has those days where they just feel gross. It's not a good feeling, and I'll be the first to say that because I feel that every day. Sorry to start rambling. But this is a subject that I feel so strongly about. --Marie subconsciously, i think i can eat so much to make my stomach hurt, instead of my heart. |

yea... two days before i posted this i looked in the mirror and saw the reflection as i felt the deepest pain inside which i wanted to know any1 else has felt it coz if u ever felt taht pain deep in the heart it hurts much as death inside does.... also every1 gets better in thier lives and marie hope things get better for u in the best ways and dopey hope u don't feel it antmore...as for me i'll try to find that person i like in me to be happy with myself...thanks again all for ur sincere thoughts... I think if we're honest, everyone has...we are always changing..sometimes we see ourselves as too thin, too fat, too young, too old...learning to accept ourselves and GIVE OURSELVES A BREAK! is one of the hardest lessons in life. We here at PiP are your family. We care about each other so much that no matter what stares back at you in the mirror, WE don't care....if you feel that pain again, just smile broadly and say "I'm a PiP and I'm loved exactly the way I am!!" |

thanks its really good to knoe people here care  but my tears inside from pain of the reflection isn't the way i look but mere questioning y do i live as experiencing emotional failure to see ones life so hopeless at times.... |

i did that a few days ago. now alittle back round on me. i never let people look into me eyes. i feel that eyes are the window to the soul and if someone looks into mine they will see all the pain in my eyes. the last person that did look into them said i had beautiful eyes. and then they broke my heart. anyways, i looked in the mirror the other day and i looked into my own eyes. it scared me and i broke down in tears. it hurt. and its a very painfull feeling. good topic All I feel is hurt and sorrow, praying it'll all be gone by tomorrow but as tomorrow rolls around, another tear hits the ground. |

no but thats just because i'm usally good at putting up a good front. Don't ever give in, if you do you've lost everything you've ever had and everything you hope to gain, but if you carry on your already winning. |
