OMG! PLEASE someone come over here and intervene before this sugar craving completely takes over my sanity! I'm on a diet (don't freak out because I could stand to loose a few pounds and tone up for sure). So I'm doing it realistically. Drinking plenty of water, avoiding an overload of sugar and or almost anything sweet (although I don't totally deprive myself or else I want it worse) Also, eating smaller portions instead of stuffing myself! LOL! PLENTY of fruit and vegetables and for some reason, I'm incorporating plenty of protein in too. I don't know if this is the right combination, but I feel much better so far and have dropped at least 2 lbs. SOOO! Right now, I'm under craving attack. I could devour a whole box, bag, or whatever of something sweet and delectable, but I realize that it would only make my stomach and me feel very bad. LOL! Thanks for listening.  |

sure, anytime! I know how you feel. But whenever that happens for me I just pop a few milk chocolate chips and it does help w/o doing too much damage. Joy |

Be careful! My diet wasn't very healthy before (I ate about once a day, no meat, so therefore no protein, B-vitamins, esc...) and I got really sick and weak. I'm just starting to feel better, and I might have some perminant nerve damage. As long as you get everything you need, you'll be ok! Whenever you crave sugar, just come to Passions! HONEY! ICK!!! LOL! ONCE in a while, I might eat honey, but not very often. I think its flavor is too strong for me. LOL! The craving passed, but this thread sure is fun! Seriously..Thanks for the suggestions everyone!  |

Jenn - I had heard that when on a diet it was important to actually eat something sweet - just a little thing...it's not so much WHAT you eat - but quantity isn't it? So, by eating a little bit of chocolate or something every day or second day - it actually HELPS. Maybe go read up on it? - I think that's fantastic if it's true!!!  K...and I have found a lifetime can be lived in one moment... |
