Ok, usually I keep politics out of the forums, but I am forced to say this: in the immortal words of Snoopy   "GACK"

Hehe.. I say "GACK" to either of them... Snoopy would be the better bet in my book!

Sandra...Boy, you ARE a glutton for punishment to open this can of worms.  Elizabeth, what do you mean?  Thank heavens it's over, or thank heavens GW is our 43rd prez?  As long as we are here, I will share this with you:  I did not care for either candidate.  Both have serious deficiencies.  But I voted for Bush because, as a military person, I felt that if the US should involve itself in any type of skirmish I would prefer to have GW with his father's friends Norman Schwartzkoff and Colin Powell to pull his fat from the fire.  I just honestly did not feel Al Gore had the resolve, nor the respect, necessary to make the right decisions in tough cases.  Plus, that Tipper is such a.....well, YOU pick a word!!  Now, that should give all something to talk about.  Hardrock

After thinking long and hard about this, I did come up with one good thing about having George Dubbya Bush as our president.  Saturday Night Live now has four years of guaranteed material for their sketches.  I guess, for that, I should be thankful Bush was victorian...oh, I mean victorious.  *grins*

Oh well......such is life.

I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust.

I hate your socks. I'd like to burn them!

Wow, can of worms getting squiggly over here, so they are leaping out now. I would have rather had Gore..
Ducking for cover now...
