I didn't want to put this in Announcements..it seemed out of place..so here, where we share our feelings I must tell you that Night Hawke's father passed away. They took him home from the hospital on Tuesday and set him up in a hospital bed at home where he could look out over the back yard and watch the sand hill cranes that he loved and fed every morning for 8 years.  He slipped into a coma and passed away Thursday morning.

Please hold Night Hawke and his family in your hearts..pray for them now in their time of sorrow.

He is with God.

Thanks for passing on this tragic message.  If he be with God, he is in best hands.  I know this makes it, no easier at this time, but the time will come.  My prayers go with Night Hawke and his family at their time of need.

Time waits for none, tragedy strikes without concern, but stronger are the ones who come out of the sadness, scarred but fair.

People come, people go, but their memory always remains in all our hearts. To you Night Hawk, my heart offers the purest thoughts of condolences, and wish that you come out strong in mind and character.

Deep heart-felt regards,
sudhir.

oh dear, my prayers are being sent up.  Tis a blessing to know he is with God though, in a much better place, free from pain and suffering!

My thoughts are with you during this difficult time. Nothing anyone says right now will ease the pain of your loss and even the memories of him will bring pain for awhile. Don't fight the pain. Allow it to flow over you, talk openly of your loss with loved ones and friends. It will take time for life to again seem worth the living, but that time will come. I am very sorry for your loss.

NightHawke~
My thoughts are with you as you trek this path.  Know that his spirit rests beyond this earth ... with the spirits of the birds of wing.
Prayers offered up to lift you.

Hawke...
Many tears are shed, because we have loved one who was special.  Now memories must sustain us.  Let them guide you and keep you today and always.  For as we remember, we see love's reflection in our tears.

There are many often shallow words which can be said to comfort us when we've lost someone who is near and/or dear, I know, I've lost several best friends and a lot of close family members myself.  I heard all the empty words of kindness, all said by well meaning well wishers, but as I said before, memories must sustain us...we see love's reflection in our tears!

You and your family are in my prayers in this tough time!

In deepest sympathy,
Melanie

I sit and ponder and lift thoughts from my consciousness, spilling them forth to here, raising my lit cigarette and blowing smoke in the face of reality.

It's always awful to lose a family member, but I'm glad that it was in a peaceful manner, where the family could prepare and say goodbye. I'll remember you and my family in my prayers, Night Hawke.
