Something so simple
existing through history
all nations can speak
a language universal.

Yet peace, remains unspoken.

seek the flame within yourself
and let your soul be cleansed by
the fire of love.  Axel Ekenstierna

Ah  Good job!   Wonderful write!

Yes, it sadly appears true.
But I believe it is constantly spoken...just rarely heard, over egos shouting.

I am honored by the thought that I somehow played any part in the inspiration of this.

There is personal intuition, personal consciousness that give us "personal" truths.
They may differ from "individual" to "individual".
Then there is...  Impersonal Intuition
Ultimate Consciousness... That "seems" to come from "other" than us.  That give us Ultimate Truths    Universal Truths    That are true for ALL.
This is the source of the inspiration.
This is the true essence of "each" of "us".

It wears you well.

Yes, Donna, so well put.  I also found Uriah's response very interesting.

Intellectually I know that Canada is no better than any other country. Emotionally I KNOW that Canada is the best country in the world!

Peace, as elusive as a serpent slithering
across a bed of hot coals on a summer's
eve...  millions have tried, fought and
died in the quest for peace....
