Backwards tripping,
the title
for a day of disappointments
when waiting is filled with
empty memories
and spaces are void of breath.

The cold seeping into pores
not caring about all those "so, whats"
planning the wrongs
because doing all the rights
made no difference.

To toss and throw out
all those words needed
to be expelled,
for once to not be proper
and shout it out, even if only
to an empty house
four walls of painful feelings
soon to be dismissed
the holding onto
a waste.

"Love is not blind - It sees more and not less, but because it sees more, it is willing to see less."
(Will Moss)

I like this very much... and your title is perfect for the tone of vulnerability!

and doing wrongs when the right is wrong--seems to tell a lot about human nature!  Enjoyed. You write your heart!

a very befitting title!

M. you picked a perfect title for a poem
that exposes so much of an inner person.
Well done.

To suthern...we probably have more in common than we each know~~

To Michele, that's the feeling for sure~

To miscee, well it really means that  everything in life I have tried to do  right and it hasn't seemed to work out, so maybe it is time to step out of the box and make my mark!

To Barry, I thank you  from the most inner part of me.

To Local Rebel, you gave me the smile I needed before I say goodbye~~

~My Thanks to All~
Maureen
