I've lost the special magic
my carpet is put away.
I guess I'll not make it
to paradise today.

The master of the weave
who placed the magic within,
the thread of my carpet
well, he's gone again.

It's in need of repair,
the magic of the weaver.
Without it I'm earthbound
and unable to leave here.

Cher, Howdy my friend. You know, when I wrote this and thought of paradise, and where it would be here on earth now, I thought of you and the wonderful paradise where you live. Just keep a light on, I'll get this carpet off the ground again.
