          Reasoning

Once while resting, musing,
Mugging flowers, juggling clouds
I watched a bee taking honey
That flew straight way to a hive and
Buzzed and did the weirdest jive.

Bobbing up and down, suspended
Till his gorge was near upended.
Directions to a field of plenty
Shallow wiggles, steps, and stroll
Then disappeared into the hole.

A throng flew out like piranha
Stripped the field of nectars manna
Making honey, just like money
Until they cleaned the very source.
Done without the slightest remorse.

Struck me odd when in compare to
Ways that our humanity dare.

So this is where the saying "busy as a bee" comes from....

Well done our Sy!

"Thar's gold in them thar hills" will stir the buzz of all communal be(e)ings. Enjoyed.

Great verse. I enjoy watching them too. They are on a mission aren't they. Delightful read.

Oh, this was great!  Those little bees are much like us in many ways, aren't they?
