LOSS when once i gave i now retract a soul now broken once intact my spirit lit now has burned for torment grows when love is spurned i seek a face in seas of masks yet visions new are blocked by past looks are given smiles returned and still my eyes are downward turned a concious loss of self and worth sustains decay in place of birth where hope once ruled now reigns despair the home of pride is now griefs lair a shore upon i felt delight becomes a desert harsh with spite where hearts beauty filled my senses now all is lost behind pains fences < !signature--> [This message has been edited by danny (edited 05-09-2000).] |
