I declared my battleground
Chose where I'd stand
I decided on my funeral
Found my plot of land
Because when its done with
When its all over
I won't be able to live
With a broken heart

Yeah, yeah, you've heard it all before
But where were they when you had nothing to live for?
Who was there to pick up the pieces
Glued them together with masked pain
Pain of a empty boy
For what is my sorrow?
When a angle cries
No one feels the joy
When a angle lies

So when your out having your fun!
I'll be good, you see I got my blues
I got my blues and they are never done
And when it comes to that time
Where me and mine are nothing left
Comes that time when you've done it all
I'll be sitting right here
Come in and ask
In my heart?
For you
There's nothing left.

Wow, your poem definitely reaches out to even those who can't relate. Amazing writing! Creative title too.

On this line: "So when your out having your fun!" I think "your should be "you're"

I think I heard you singing the blues in this one.  I like it a lot.
