Stages

In the beginning you focus on
those things you have in common.
You're looking for reasons to stay
not reasons to quit and go away.

You brush aside all those things
that don't seem to be just right,
giving in to desire and not
wanting to give up the fight.

There comes a time when you
would do almost anything to
keep it from falling apart
and then a time when you
can accept its demise and
a time to heal a
broken heart.

It ends up this way all too often.
Well observed.

Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

It is splendid James....I like the change of feelings between the beginning and the end, the accepting of the "defeat"

good work
