Frequency and Hertz

20 February 2006

Kindness was her heart
confusion her soul to comfort
This Valentine - that made it home
not to ignore in sorrow to kind
She was an answer - a prayer in mind

Locked in a world of frequency and hertz
entrapped in a void of fantasy of thought
Too far - so not close to hold or touch
What would ever be as if
to make love was too much

Having heart - giving soul
willing to share - unable to view
Those eyes - her beauty - her height
This debonair of a toughness so strong

Like being captivated upon a moving axis
central to reaching out to her being
Impossible desire - ventriculite feeling
What was love - kindness - understanding
twice in soul - once in spirit - adjoined

The hertz (symbol: Hz) is the SI unit of frequency. It is named in honour of the German
physicist Heinrich Rudolf Hertz (1857 - 1894). In 1888, he was the first to demonstrate the
existence of electromagnetic radiation by building apparatus to produce radio waves. Heinrich
Rudolf Hertz was the first to broadcast and receive radio waves in the laboratory. Between
1885 and 1889, he used spark discharges to produce electromagnetic waves.

The International System of Units (abbreviated SI from the French language name Système
International d'Unités) is the modern form of the metric system. It is the world's most widely
used system of units, both in everyday commerce and in science. The SI was developed in
1960 from the metre-kilogram-second (MKS) system, rather than the centimetre-gram-second (CGS) system, which, in turn, had many variants.

"Locked in a world of frequency and hertz

Trapped, as in static? Interesting idea to ponder, the consequences of being trapped in such a void.

Faith Upon a Heart

03 January 2006

A poets eyes
were more to see
This whisper of hearing
a voice strumming as to a harp

A guitar or just music
your heart coupled with thee
Twice in souls a universe linked
neither country nor nation to part

This Red Sea of oceans blue
a separation filled upon each wet tare
The storm is over - your heart renewed
of a love so warm there was
all in truth to savour

Bliss - his touch - her kiss
perpetual in all its heavenly bliss
To never forget you - to always love
or was it that love was unable to be fair

“for Trish”

“Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth
through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren,
see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:”
1 Peter 1: 22 KJV
