Who chose to drink and drive.
She knew she wasn’t sopsto
It was a tragedy waiting to unfurl.

She was at a party with her friends,
Only two weeks out of high school.
She accepted the fare and took a drink,
Just wanted to fit in with the trend.

She drank more and more.
Never realizing how drunk she was becoming.
Her friends cheered her on as she drank and drank some more.
Finally she quit when she couldn’t take anymore.

As she stumbled out of the house and onto the lawn
She took the risk to drive home.
On the way home, she got hit by an oncoming car.
She never lived to see dawn.
