I think I have a friend for life
a friend who's called 'ol' Deer
He wanted to know what 'knuffels' meant
a word my Mom replied overhere
I said to him "My Deer oh dear,
I'll show you when I set my foot
some day on U.S. ground.

I'll 'knuffel' you to death my friend
and with a little luck
You'll know for all your days to come
a 'knuffel' is a big, big, tender HUG
