I hopped on this horse,
Galloping along, singing a song,
Singing Where is that there cowboy,
It's been days since I've heard those boots,
Not even a dance,
How dare he not even a glance,
I heard he got lost in the canyons,
Now is that just like a cowboy,
singing yippee i yae,
Where have you been handsome cowboy,
With that guitar and such,
I know I'm not really saying a much,
except we all miss your fine lyric's
That's quite sincere, Mr. Bohannan.

Rosebud...
I read Mark your poem tonite and he asked me to tell you Thank you very much for thinking of him, it was sweet of you, and he misses everyone here too.
It looks like it will be a few more weeks before hes back on line.
Hes still traveling for this new job promotion.
He said to tell all hello from him.

Thanks Janet Marie, I appreciate it so, I will absolutely look forward to reading his poetry again. It's kinda of like I'm missing my coffee without his poetry.

I'd missed this one, Rosebud... but someone was kind enough to direct me this way after I posted a poem about absentee poets. *S* And I join you in missing that cowboy... the forums are a poorer place without him... Well done! *S*
