Life is so different, Without you by my side. No one to turn to, no one to lean on, No one to help me off this ride. Nothing can top the love of a mother, Or the strength that she can provide. It's not something that can be mastered, By just any teacher or guide. A mother is like any other, For the knowledge she can share, Is none other than true wisdom, Wrapped in loving care. A mother is a precious gift, the greatest gift of all, For the courage a mother possess, Never allows her children to fall. A mother should never be forgotten, Or ever pushed aside. For a mother gave you life, And you should hold her very high. She walks only beside you, Never in front nor behind. She is the truest of all friends, The best you'll ever find. ------------------ I am but a shadow, lost within this world of darkness |
