The spring is about rebirth, regrowth and renewal
The spring is about God and His ultimate will
To impregnate the Goddess with her abundant creativity
To bring forth new life eventually
We hear the birds chirping and feel the Earth stirring
We call to the Goddess and She is awakening
The ground springs forth abundant with new life
The bees are dancing around in their hives
The trees grow new buds and the leaves are sproutin’
Spring is here, there’s no more need for poutin’
Stuck in the house all winter long
It’s now time for a brand new song

Welcome to Passions, Kelly!

You made a very nice entrance with this work! Nothing like a lovely breath of spring to prepare us for winter! I see you call Michigan home, as do I, so you know full well what I am talking about!

I look forward to reading more of your work, and I hope you find inspiration in some of the authors here. They are a wonderful group of talented people.

Welcome again, Kelly! And thank you for your inspiring work!

Thank You so much for the compliments. This was actually assigned to me when I was going through some spiritual training. It was originally 13 lines (per the assignment) but I never liked the last line, didn't feel right to me, so I chucked it and then posted.

Thanks Again!

Love and Light, Blessed Be!!!

Kelly
