3947 Somebody's Nobody 26 April 2005 I’m just a nobody from New Zealand Because nobody knows who I am I’m just a nobody from New Zealand Because of this I failed the exam Because if I was somebody I would still be who I am Then that somebody may still fail that vital exam On a course of life were volume was not to drink Yet an alcohol free peaceful time to think To be someone nobody will forget Since these words of example they may not just be to let "Yea, come unto Christ, and be perfected in him, and deny yourselves of all ungodliness; and if ye shall deny yourselves of all ungodliness, and love God with all your might, mind and strength, then is his grace sufficient for you, that by his grace ye may be perfect in Christ; and if by the grace of God ye are perfect in Christ, ye can in nowise deny the power of God." It is nice to feel special at times, when other times the feeling is as if you don't exist, or never did exist. Most likely that is life summed up. When nobody is a somebody Thank you for your comments, they are all appreciated a poet who cares |
