What poet died! –Upon that trail to greatness--
As chance be, loss was always gain;
read my passion, those lost words to the world--
yet to be written by these memories of mine
shall null the impulse that draws a thought,
”O hand me a tear upon a fingertip!”
Give me a sense of wonderment to question--
the weeds of my mind need to be uprooted
and cast onto the heap of forgetfulness.

The fellow others --leak like grains of sand--
Beating upon the earthly bell;
O, woo me and I shall woe thee--
like tasteless death, commenting
the sweet regret of a droplet of ink;
or the chained unanswered prayers--
of a heart awaiting acceptance
but suffers thro’ the hollow wake of nothing.

We hath controlled the sea by a stroke,
and drowned others in th’ gutters of our mind;
The stars look younger but be old--
who shall gaze upon me and wonder
why does my light stray so far from home?
”O hand me a tear upon a fingertip!”
Wear me like a cloak and tie my soul--
around thy own, breathe with me
hear the whisper “O, how I love to be with thee”.

Alike are love and lovers.
For hope, and faith, and prayer,
for lonesome fellows clutching dreams,
for romance do beware!
There is one fleet against this force;
Depression’s ship hast yet to be anchored!
Set sail east towards the sun--
And don’t look back on darkness
Share me not and I shall ne’er be a wonderer.

A shadow did appear to me –curled into a corner--
flickering at my every movement (I drew nearer)
And then by chance alone I stood and stared--
upon myself, ‘twas no shadow after all
but a image of my former self (In the mirror)
Youthful In the mind I were unchained--
but now be chained by wisdom of a further kind
others come with torches to burn my words--
scaring my very soul, what comments shall be kept
and thou art still a memory they shall ne’er know.

Envy
RedStone hast fallen.
What pride be now, nor known;
kiss me now and I shall melt--
supreme are the others
”O hand me a tear upon a fingertip”

A dark journey this morning, but your words always light up the stage of each play you present so very well.
