oh lordi
what have we here
a hard rock fantasy
and the crash of a thunderstorm today
shook my sensibilities loose
and the sky really IS falling
faster than any speeding bullet train
caught in a rainstorm my ears heard
thunder, crashing waves of lightning
oh my,
but the finnish line
is never where you think it is

and some might say
an old musical score
has been ripped asunder
by the thunder of
a new rock

Hallelujah

and I turned away
remembering when
I did attend a concert
years ago
in costume
a mister marilyn guy
who stole the sky
and stuck it in his pocket
for a rainy day.

It's raining, Marilyn
and you must be smiling.

No...
I shall not attempt to 'splain
this bizarre write.
A thundergod wrote it.

Talent danced on

Words that knew

Danced and danced

All askew

Danced and danced

On a

breath

knowing

There

Was air

beneath

You write

and I would get arrested

If I wrote further

You write words that have so much substance

Dave, careful now, I may have to send you a huge cyberhug

yes, Phil, they kinda remind me of KISS.
I listened to Hard Rock Hallelujah, and enjoyed it. Their antics on stage are hilarious.
I also have them sitting on my desktop right now, screensaver...just for fun and a reminder not to take myself too seriously.

I like how your mind works! It's a lot like mine!

I love to write like this once in awhile ~ without rhyme or reason! The words just write themselves and I go along for the ride! lol

Yer cute, Kacy!

Midnight

I love and read your words

But does everyone seem to be getting

Spiritual

Do we now have a web site targeted

So many words I am reading seem to start invoking religion

If they are, can people not understand that we have owned religions for as long as their is 'real estate'

Apologies, if I get this wrong but words are words and only a vehicle for words, not messages

lol, Dave
Personally, I am not religious. Spiritual sometimes, but to me, that's an altogether different thing.

I enjoyed watching a video clip of Lordi
and listening to their hard Rock Hallelujah
and found it refreshing that pablum and babytalk did not prevail this time.

hey Nancy, they wear the wildest masks and costumes
too mych fun....
