They look up at night,
pick a star to watch over their kin.
Far away they fight,
in a war they didnt want or begin.

All the things in their heads they'd say,
but cannot, they are apart.
To whisper, ''your'e here now, it's okay'',
to feel the glow of a loving heart.

Bring speach, bring talk, patience and care,
exercise all possible ways.
Human lives preciously spare,
let the soldiers live out their days.

''As the deer pants for steams of water, so my soul pants for you O God''
Psalm 42:1

"let the soldiers live out their days."

I just wish there wasn't a need for soldiers but as there is and probably will always be, yes, let them live out their days!
