I seek solitude for my pain is hard to share.
I miss every breath of you.
I miss all that we have shared.
My love for you is immeasurable.
My heart no key to lock.
I cannot hide my fears from you.
My cries I know you hear.
Don't go far away my love.
For here I will always be.
You hold my heart, body, mind and soul.
Only you possess the key.

Thank you so much. I happened on this site today and I have been reading poetry for hours! It is inspiring and wonderful to read words that I can relate too in so many ways.

Welcome to Passions. I hope you continue to enjoy your reading and writing time here. There are many poets and styles to read, you should have no trouble spending TOO many hours here! LOL, you might have to lock up the key to your PC some days.

Welcome to passions,
From most here you can expect fluffy responses,
Don’t expect such from me.
Where I found the emotion of the words good
The expression was somewhat lackluster.
I feel that love poetry,
Even in angst,
Should have a hint of poetic form,
Which means the words linking in some manner.
You do hint at it
But you should do more
Make the words roll off the page
As it rolls over the heart.
If I seem rather harsh
Sorry,
Still I enjoyed the read
Such that it is.

From the heart...to the page.  And from the page...to other hearts.  What poetry can do more than this?   I felt it.  Thank you.
