She Lives She haunts each hour’s argosy A phantom in a fantasy An essence that pervades the mist Of flowers and of rainbow gist She touches me each day and night As lightly as a breeze in flight Gracing me a height of mood Like feelings that will not exude The peaceful of the greenery The odors of the scenery The colors of a chaos sky The blues and greens and gold on high She stays with me a taste of honey Like cuddling an Easter bunny And breathing ozone harmony I feel it like a symphony Or do I overstate my case This miracle of rose and lace |
