through the grey of cloud
shrouded by the warming touch
in rays of wayward Suns
          ... I feel you

each tear
of glistening rain
a moments build
a time wished upon

more than a feel ...
but a hold
perhaps Autumn will look
different this year

   evenings slow decent
              from dusk

the oceans view of sky:

            I give back
that afternoon when the
     street was silent
that season of late summer
   and
tapping,  upon windows --
    rain,   full of ghosts

  "somewhere, there is soft reply"

I listen, passing through
inevitable tangles   I fall into place

    holding a memory

tears turn to waves
     this change of seasons

  colours of distant souls

          mingling
before the final peak
of a moments crest

          weeping
and  falling  once more

  to still grounds

  "someplace, there's a response"

memories reel
and flourish the wind

      .... through the rain

      thank you  ~  Lauren

Wonderful co-creation!

Beautiful flow to this lovely..
I cannot tell who wrote what, which is excellent!
Hugs to you both, Nancy
