Taut, the string of anxious wait
as a single heart chord strums
the willow’s limbs...as slumber
waits beyond the gate of passion.

Wise, the cry of a owl clinging to
tomorrow’s eve, warily watching
the darkened waters edge...

Lingering, a single droplet, born
of a tear, wavering slightly within
a breeze of kindled coal’s wash...
awaiting the curling wisp of steam
as an ember drinks voraciously of
a fatal flight.

When,  might the timid soul step
lightly the moor in search the
teasing tug on fiery lips
and tender throat....following a
lover’s mountainous curve
before the shadow of a trilling sigh
is reborn.

Bare me, that I might unveil, hear
me that I might sing.  Touch me, that
I might shiver....Gaze of me, that we
might smile again.

You are so lovely.

This is just so tender, Mag.

It reads as a whisper.

Mag...smile. For "magnificent!"

Ahhhh...wonderful!!
Made me shiver.
Hugs, N.

For it was not into my ear you whispered
But into my heart
It was not my lips you kissed
But my soul

COULD have just printed the entire piece to show my favorite thoughts ... but then ... I'd continue *sighing* half the night~

This is stunningly 'warm'~
LOVE IT~
