There was something I thought of
A couple of times
Lost it twice
and now I'm trying

To remember it

Something bout love
and meanings in life
the beauty of nature
the joy of the fight

it was prairie fields
and resilient crops
muscial notes
and old friends talks

  maybe children too

But life's too busy
and my thought's gone
children need tending
and homework's not done

Oh well

wanna close my eyes
this day's been too long

No need to worry. Sounds to me as if these thoughts will stay with you in your poet's heart. Write of them when you have quiet time. Enjoyed. hugs, Chris

Spring is just around the corner and with its refreshment.  I can hardly wait.  Sometimes it seems like we're locked indoors too much when we crave going out.  Soon, Spring!  Could relate well with your words!
