harvester of the rhyme
reaper of the poet soul
does your gown make music
when it is the rain on stone

write of me in your journal
draw my wings in cage of ink
with no doors for my demon

that dragons never die
but rise on their own third day
as the shadows of dreams
when their saliva is sleep slick

and their breath is memory
know me now in your mind eye
as the shimmer shape on glass

I know the dragon that you speak of...

he is scary yet ever so hypnotic and enticing...all at the same time...
