Ya got moi!  I wear the mask of the only lady of the moon on these pages of blue who is "foreverly yours."  I even sent her this graphic just now to use, enjoy Marge.

I too love the moon and all she offers in inspiration. but as the moon has been claimed and does belong to Marge I just had to honor the Grand Lady of Pipps with the two things she does best, espressing the moon, and love poetry.  So glad it was received well.  Now to figure out who the Captain is.
