I knocked at the door
of the man
with the deformity

I should have known
by the wormwood
over steel

that there were illusions
behind
and that somewhere there

he was really a perfect jesus
dressed up imperfectly
so my humility

would become compassion

D-

compassion - ah a word I love - and I love this - it rings to lessons I learned as a youth and stories told -

Good Afternoon -

Happiness isn't something that happens to you, it's created from within you.  Joy is a state of mind.

DS

There are so many times that you say things just right.  This is one of them.

Too many times it has been the one dressed in imperfection that has saved me from myself.

This was wonderful..
