 as the darkness turns to light fears surface no peace in sight got a tear in my eye dont want to cry got pain in my heart that just wont part no matter how hard i try i keep asking myself why? i made the best choice so why cant i rejoice i've left what was wrong so why is my soul still singing such a sad song |

MGroves, sometimes, I think we make right wrong choices and sometimes we make wrong right choices, if that makes any sense. Either way, it usually brings growth of some kind in the end. Enjoyed the flow of this, but feel the pain that flows with it.......  ....jo |

girlfriend, you gotta remember the song you were singing before...I would imagine that the song you sing now compared to that one is not nearly half as sad  |

you have to give up to go up.. doing the right thing usually involves some sort of sacrifice... choices are just that way keep on expressing yourself... you have a lot of friends here |

Hey, I understand this feeling, have felt much the same way more than once in my life. But I am happy to say that time and distance really are helpful healers. That and choosing a new hobby to immerse yourself in, one that is a small enough challenge to actually master without a huge fight, but big enough to keep you occupied through those dark days. LOL, ask me...I'll offer you my old list.  |

It is hard. But we must make the choices that will allow us to survive and perhaps have a chance at happiness, even if they are painful at the time. And though it is easy to say, it truly is true, time will heal and distance will fortify-- SusanHappiness isn't something that happens to you, it's created from within you. Joy is a state of mind. |
