my giddy eureka
could not be more complete
if I had made the stuff myself

grinding with mortar and pestle
the roses, the almond blossoms
under full moon
burning red candles
wearing perfume
chanting Venus, Aphrodite

if I had concocted, decocted,
powdered or burned
invoked, evoked,
praised or drawn down

it could not have gone better
by my design
the finding of you,
the falling in love,
the keeping.

no incantation
could bring me what I couldn't imagine.
no creation could match
what I couldn't believe existed.
for you, in you,
I am complete.

Well kid if it worked so good for you.
Would you make me a pot and mix up a brew.
For the love of my life White Dove
to say I love you to?

I get images of sitting around a wooded area with a large pot on the phyre with a slow chant rumbling through the forest, kind of classic isn't it? hahaha...

yea I like this one to.

Joel.

I howl a mournful song, that echos within my chambered heart, for all to read? nay for all to feel.

ah, but what you don't understand
is that this gift was not by my hand
such a gift cannot be "brewed"
compared to the Goddess, my work remains crude.
