Everyone seems to understand
they all somehow relate,
they try to lend that helping hand,
and talk to me about fate.

How is that no one sees
that tommorrow seems so far
where's the hope when one leaves
and your left there in the dark.

How is that they all explain
somewhat of a brighter side,
How is it that they feel the pain,
when it's my heart that died.

All this advice and all this help
about finding my soul's "inner power"
disregarding, the card life dealt
and sweeting whats gone sour.

It's easy from across the fence,
to know what it's all about,
it easy to make alot of sense,
when your eyes aren't all cried out.

"Life isn't always fair,
stop questioning the why's"
But have they ever stood there,
and actually said goodbye?

I like this a lot. You're absolutely right, sometimes they just don't know how you feel however, all the advise and concern shows that there are those who truly do care. Even if we don't want to hear it, I can be the same way.

I agree that when your the one fealing angry hurt and all cried out, you dont't think anyone could possibly understand. But in this great big world around us there is always someone else who has shared in that similar pain. And can draw from thier conclusions a way to lend a helping hand. But yes, each pain is unique to the one it enters. How Ive rambled! Anyway, it's a great poem.

I agree about all the advice. But it must be from people who care for you otherwise why would they bother. I think they're really just trying to help ease your pain. Look at it from the other side, if no one had any advice, you'd feel like nobody cared.

Frustration i can understand well,
