To smile at a simile is to rest in tickled fancy, yes? Pulling Away pulling away from the peace the serenity of this form of comunique is as pulling taffy that has heated a bit beyond the softball stage the beauty of the day calls the chores, responsibilities, as well, yet the joy of this lingering is a balm to the heart and a stirring to the soul so certain and necessary to let go... but, oh... how the ache to stay remains ©April 17, 2004 Whether on the shoal or on the shore, I'll seek the lighthouse evermore. |
