Part one:
Making their way steady and fast
living the day as it were their last
and without promise for tomorrow’s light
they’ll not give up tonight without a fight.

Three travelers, of royal blood
give up their comforts and sift through the mud
The human, the dwarf, and the elf
set out to prove the worth of self.

With only a sword, an axe, and a bow
they pledge their life to young frodo.
But the half-ling is not the only of his kind
for three other hobbits have made up their mind.

And so joined the Wizard and the Captain of Gondor
the strangest tale in all of lore.
Nine travelers all told, from warrior to half-ling.
Form together in the Fellowship of the Ring

Part Two:
To protect from Sauron’s evil eye,
they decided on Moria, where Gimli’s cousins lie.
But the gate wore Gandalf’s patience at end
Until Frodo, in Elven tounge, spoke “friend.”

And entered they into dark and dim
expecting welcome from Dwarven kin
But the mine, they found, had become a tomb,
with only corpses inside the room.

So then the nine were trapped inside
with no where to run and no where to hide.
‘Twas no more danger than the orcs, save
for the troll that inhabited the ancient cave.
(Their journey was long and their fate seemed grave
when they met the orcs and troll in that cave

And while the ring-bearer hid from harm
Legolas, with his bow did charm,
that troll, that beast. It surely was slain,
that elf put an arrow through his brain.

On they went, without wait,
finally reaching Moria’s gate.
But they strayed into Balrog’s lair,
A beast of orange and yellow flare.

If the group didn’t hurry, they’d surely die.  (The group had to move or they would die)
But Gandalf halted, he slowed the rush.
All chaos was muffled in the hush.

Raising his staff, Gandalf turned at last,
summoned his power, and destroyed the pass.
And to his home, the Balrog fell,
into the abyss that led to hell..   (....could only come from hell)

But the feeling of relief was too soon to believe
And as the great wizard turned to leave
Balrog launched a most desperate attack
And Gandalf the Grey fell into black.

You know, I give credit to anyone who can turn a movie into a piece. By the way, those movies are long; at least you kept up with the length. I want to see the complete form of this. Keep it up.

Wow, this is really really good! Im blown away. You did this in just the right style to pull it off.
Excellent, excellent job, there wasn't a single thing wrong with it!

We were meant to live for so much more have we lost ourselves?
Maybe redemption has stories to tell maybe forgiveness is right where you fell.
