Rectangular rocks
Words and symbols
Sunburnt grass and the flat field

I felt the white grab me and guide me
105 cubic feet of dirt must be heavy
Sleeping with the enemy, don't drop the ball

Raised up and held in place
The light pierces from all sides and leaves out the otherside
Hold me up high with your arrogant lips
Denying the truth makes it no less true
Angry at the truth
Truth is that little hole is empty

Way deep deep inside you some sort of injustice
Robbed of your rights
What are rights?
What is right?

Make light of something you don't understand
And complain, whinning... shut up
Try listening
And feed your soul
Loving a Jesus is avoiding a disease

balloons are made of rubber...
... and they float too...
as will I to Heaven once I die...

I like this poem aswell...especially the end because deep inside you know its the truth, but your desires, etc....keep you from really accepting it as a way of living...man, we do need to shut up and just listen...and love.

But I dont know about you, I still have some whinning to do....!!

All About Jesus? Well I'm Not Exactly An Angel, But I Really Liked It.

"Truth is that little hole is empty"
What truth do you speak of? And why is it empty like that?
Denying Jesus is not the right thing to do, yes but, is denying him really wrong?

David-  Your name is that of a King... Yeah, actually the rectangular rocks are headstones in a cemetery, a few of which I saw with Satanic symbology on them.  It makes me sick, to thing Satan lied to these people for almost 90 years.

Innocent-  Yeah, I'm not an angel either, its funny when people say I am.

Byski-  Yes denying Jesus is really wrong because it concerns you and God and no one else.  If your denying Jesus your listening to and obeying Satan and he's a hateful liar.

God bless,

hey - love the poem. I don't think there is anything wrong with religious poetry. Just as long as people are mature enough to discuss this subject civilly, and not let to turn into war lol.

i love the way your faith is so intense in your work...it's all so passionate, it's cool

And sorry, but i don't think it's wrong to deny religion/jesus or anything. And I don't think you can believe in satan or jesus without believing in the other. they're both a part of biblical history!

Yes, that is true. You can't believe in a heaven without some form of a higher power or in control of it. It's pure craziness to believe otherwise.

But it depends on what you believe...
May I ask if you think that atheists would ever have the chance of going to heaven?

I think the gist of getting into heaven is just acknowledging the fact that humans are faulty at birth (our inhereted propensity to sin (aka make moral mistakes)and that we need a perfect, loving being to guide us through life. And the only example of a perfect being we have is Jesus. So I guess atheists wouldnt go to heaven cause they fail to acknowledge this. I think its all about pride anyways, either you choose to live to fulfill your own desires, or you try to live in harmony with your creator and with his other "creations"...

david i see your point, but atheiests are people too, and just because they find it difficult to accept the notion of a god, doesn't mean they disregard religious history or are bad people who will never be given the chance/choice of going to heaven.

besides - if we are to believe what we are taught, then god will forgive an atheist(as long the person in question does what to be forgiven). isn't that the big thing about god? that he is all-forgiving?

sorry if i'm being completely annoying lol - i just like dicussing stuff with people... besides, it's healthy in a weird way lol

Yeah Jesus is the only way.  Satan was kicked out of heaven because he tried to take God's place.  When Satan and his angels fell, the angels fell on basis that they chose to leave God and follow Satan.  We are born sinners, because of what Adam and Eve did by eatting the fruit from the tree in the center of the Garden of Eden.  By rejecting Jesus as Lord and Savior, you also reject the gift of heaven.  And since fallen angels can't get back into heaven sin can't either, because that would be like inviting them back.  Mary even declared Jesus as God and so did His brothers.  Jesus is sinless and so his blood on the cross was death that we all deserve and payment to God for our sin.

If you want to go to heaven just talk to God and say:  Jesus I ask you for forgivness of my sins, I ask you into my heart, and I thank you and praise you.  When people do that all the angels in heaven go nuts in celebration, because another sinner has repented and accepted Jesus as Lord and will go to heaven to be with God.

I wrote a better example or description earlier, but I'm having trouble with my new password.  Oops.

God bless niere, Jesus loves you.

Hi niere

Yeah, thats the whole thing that makes it all complicated in my opinion...ultimatly, God is a loving God so Im sure hes a fair judge aswell. Atheist, Muslims, Christians, serial killers, prostitutes and well...everyone for that matter have been created by God (if you believe in a higher source, or divine creator)...he loves everyone, its just he doesnt approve what everyone does if its not along the lines of how he originally created us for...he gaves us total freedom to choose what to do with our lives, how to think, etc...but I get your point, and its totally your choice! Thats whats great about this loving God, is that he totally leaves our decisions up to us, even to the point of rejecting his very existance...but of course since hes also a fair judge, means you most probably have to pay for your decisions...thats why our freedom is so important here, right now, while we are alive. I feel life is just a huge "test" for us. no one is "better" than anyone else because of a belief system, each his own...I personally feel its impossible to deny the existance of a higher power when I look at the world and how absolutely complex and amazing it is.

My opinion though!

david and G.I.S, thank you for sharing your opinions - and once again i see and respect both your points and views.

overall i think that each and everyone of us may have a personal judgement day.... someday.
and that means that every mortal on earth(regardless of who you are or what you've done) is going to be given the choice and chance to repent their sins and mistakes.

i think even the most extremist non-believers would be sorry and seek forgiveness... how could you not lol?!
