I move forward in the midst of the battle I can feel the warm blood spray across my face Rubbing my eyes to push it out There are no guns in this war You split the self in half Watching part die A medieval battle In modern times Invisible to the eye Flaming bolders crash through my self confidence I'm crippled by what happened Its all a blur,... forward You see my soul passing through steel wips With razorblades and it hurts Watching my flesh being ripped and shredded Blood clots blind my eyes And the dead man falls, unwillingly, slowly, Dying more and more, faster Through the hardship I keep my focus Even if I can't see, Know its on the other side of my broken eyes Walking forward into a light Its so bright that I can't see anything before me Walking into a wall of the unknown Passing the zombies And the rot, The distractions of false love What I know is right, Where I belong, I'm going to my home In a daze Greeting Paul My body under a stone,... a free spirit that can't Be stopped ------------------------------------------------- *again not directed to anyone if it were possible to do so. Corruption is caused by holes in obedience to God. |

Keep on going until it all stops flowing Craig. Not sure where I read that, but it's you, you keep on going. And you don't really stop, do you? You keep on walking and you keep on writing. And I admire that so much. I love your writing, I read every one, sometimes, I admit, they confuse me. But I like the way your poems are written. I know I don't reply to every one, so I guess this reply is making up for that. Keep on going till it all stops flowing, Hollow. Courtney. You just got to see me through another day |
