Dr. Jeckyll, Mr Hyde
Lies at my side
His potion is the bottle that he can't cast aside
Whenever he gets the chance he has to have a sip
He then changes to Mr. Hyde and his whole personality flips
He's intense, He's loving, He's a completely different man
When he come around I'm his number one fan
I'm crazy about him, I love him, I wish he would stay
But Dr. Jeckyll always surfaces and pushes him away
Then he's cold,  distant, He wants no part of me
And I stare dumfounded and wonder how this could be
Dr. Jeckyll never raises a fist, never says a harsh word
But he doesn't have to cause in a look there's a thousand words to be heard
I try to go but Mr. Hyde won't let me leave
And when Dr. Jeckyll surfaces, For Mr. Hyde I grieve
So I'm trapped in a web probably of my own making
Dr. Jeckyll, Mr. Hyde...Theirs for the taking

I know someone like that. One time he's entertaining filled with humor and laughter. Then turns around and he is silent and cool.
Hard person to be around.
Interesting poem.
