A misty rain is drifting
quietly
across the meadows of my mind;

a gentle wind is blowing
softly
through the windows of my soul;

somewhere in the world
it must be Springtime.

My guess would be that this was composed

   I believe Magnus is right.  I've heard Nam's beauty was breath taking.   I'm amazed at the beauty of the scenic poem and distraught that this appropriate title should be placed on the same page.  The conflict of that time period is mirrored  by the conflict in your title and verse.  I very much appreciate this piece.
